I had to buy this $40 angle-grinder to use to drill these holes out. It went "okay", but I sure wish I had some help with someone who had experience.

Now, these holes are SCREWED UP! That damn drill made holes way to big (and my poor drilling :). I'm going on the newsgroups to see my options. I think I can re-ream the holes in the center there and use bigger rivets. We'll see...
